Booking & Calendar

When you book a consultation, we check calendar availability and create a calendar entry for the appointment using the Google Calendar API. This lets us confirm real open time slots and avoid double-booking. Only the details necessary to schedule the appointment (your name, contact information, and appointment notes) are included on that calendar entry.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate this site — including an email delivery provider to send booking and contact notifications, a database provider to store blog content, and Google Calendar for scheduling. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Cookies

This site uses a single, essential session cookie for the password-protected admin area used to manage blog content. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Data Retention

We retain contact and booking submissions as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records, and delete them on request.
